Hi! 👋 I’m Lora. I am a Certified Functional N Hi! 👋 I’m Lora. I am a Certified Functional Nutritionist, Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and Women’s Hormone Practitioner. I specialize in women’s menstrual, hormone, and skin health. I am also the founder of @breathenourishglow. I’ve been married to my husband, Michael, for almost 10 years. Together we have an opinionated, creative, and imaginative daughter who is in 4th grade this year and is passionate about dance- ballet, hip hop, and jazz. Yep, I’m a “dance mom”. IYKYK. 😅 We have two crazy cats that chose us, named Sofie and Decker. 😻😻 We moved from Bend (where our daughter was born and we lived for 8 years) to the scenic Columbia River Gorge area of Oregon (where I grew up) a couple of years ago. Prior to the career that I am in now, I was an aesthetician and makeup artist. My work was featured in Portland Bridal Magazine and I had the opportunity to work on the set of Grimm, at the Portland Ballet, and numerous Aveda fashion events. I worked in the restaurant industry for 18 years too! A few of my favorite things include: affirmations, crystals, yoga, dance parties in the living room, matcha lattes, and warm summer nights. Hawaii, the redwoods, and bookstores are my happy places. 🌊 I’m an enneagram 1, personality type INFJ, and star sign Virgo. ♍️ I’d love to get to know all of you!
